PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The City Centralia selected RHUTASEL and ASSOCIATES, INC. to design new outdoor tennis courts for its Fairview Park facility. The existing court’s asphaltic surface was plagued by numerous surface cracks and poor drainage that presented an inconvenience and potential hazard to players. The new four-court facility was designed to current United States Tennis Association standards and features a low maintenance concrete surface. Included in the project are court and site drainage improvements and full court perimeter fencing.
