PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Village of Freeburg employed our firm to prepare
preliminary and final plans, specifications, and estimates for the construction
of a Softball Complex. The project was funded by an OSLAD grant and consists of
four (4) lighted ball fields complete with dugouts, fencing, bleachers, driveway
entrance, parking lot and a combination concession stand and restroom facility.
The fields are set up in a quadrant configuration so as to provide for the
mutual use of a combination concession stand and restroom facilities. Also
included in the project was the extension of water and sewer system lines to the
complex. Our firm was also retained to perform full construction services
including staking, construction observation, materials testing and construction
contract administration.
