Has experience in the design of local and state roads, streetscapes, water mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, and drainage facilities. Has prepared plans and specifications for commercial, residential, highway, and municipal infrastructure projects. Has observed work associated with road construction projects, bridge construction projects, bike trail construction projects, storm sewer installation, and water and sewer main construction projects, for quality assurance of construction per specifications. Has experience in grant applications and administration through a variety of agencies, including the IEPA, CDBG, MEPRD, IDNR, IDOT, and DCEO.
