EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS
Over twenty-one years experience in a broad range of civil engineering projects. Project experience includes bridge rehabilitation / replacement, open-channel hydraulics, roadway design of horizontal and vertical alignments, earthwork computations, surveying, computer-aided design and drafting utilizing AutoCAD, Microstation and other computer software applications.
