| EDUCATION Kaskaskia Junior College / 1969 REGISTRATION Professional Land Surveyor: Illinois CERTIFICATION Nuclear Density Gauge Operation IDOT ICORS Certification Certified Level I PCC Technician EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS Mr. Speaks is responsible for surveying for residential and commercial layout of subdivisions including streets, lots and utility extensions from preliminary to final. He serves as Party Chief on preliminary design surveys of road and bridge improvements and relocation projects, as well as road and bridge construction staking. His projects have included urban streets, bridges and track layout for railroads. Mr. Speaks is responsible for cross country utility, highway and preliminary route surveys including detailed information as to topography, drainage, soil conditions, river crossings, land ownership and government section line location. He has extensive experience in government land section line and farm surveys, tract and urban surveys. He also has completed numerous ALTA/ACSM land title surveys involving commercial property and surveys for right-of-way acquisition, including airport aviation easements.
