| EDUCATION B.S. Civil Engineering/1977/University of Illinois REGISTRATION Professional Engineer: Illinois EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS Experience includes more than 16 years in private practice as a consulting engineer and 10 years in the public sector as a City Engineer/Public Works Director. Projects undertaken include water distribution, sanitary sewer collection and treatment, major highway design, local street design, residential subdivision development, commercial development, and institutional development. Active involvement in all phases of project development including topographic data collection, design, report and specification writing, construction contract bidding, construction contract observation and administration, grant funding application and administration, and infrastructure planning. He has advanced knowledge of Municipal, County, State and Federal agency policies and procedures, including IEPA, USEPA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Highway Administration, Illinois Department of Transportation, and Illinois Capital Development Board.
